People are just rude complainers. They only want to make you feel bad and couldn&#039;t possibly have anything good to add to your already brilliant ideas and execution. Don&#039;t EVER encourage any kind of suggestion box. Hand out paper evaluations immediately after a session and don&#039;t give any thought to capturing more than a number between 1-5. That would be a waste of time.

I would add...
Ignore it and it will go away. Unlike flies that are attracted to Oscar&#039;s home, the trash can, if you just ignore social media, and keep your head in the garbage can, it will go away. Really, it will. Face it, Oscar doesn&#039;t use a telephone, mail or computer so he doesn&#039;t really need to connect with anyone.</description>
